hardwood created the topic: Date in edit form and list are different
Hi All,

For the record - I am a complete newbie  when it comes to Joomla.

I have installed Simple Calendar v3.0.10 and thought I had it working correctly until I discovered the date being shown in the event list is 1 day off from the date selected from the calendar when creating or editing the event. (See attached image)

Does anyone have a clue what I might have done to upset things and how do I correct the display?

Thank you in advance for any advice help you care to offer.

Lee

Some more informations about your installation would be helpful in order to debug the issue.
It might be a problem with different time zones.

Thanks

Thank you for the reply.

I am using Joomla 3.1.5 and the latest "JSN Epic" template from JoomlaShine.

What additional information do you require?

Is there something I can try to test your theory of time zone differences?

Thanks,

Lee

It's probably best if you can grant me admin access to your backend so that I can upload a debug version of SC that will hopefully shed some light into this issue. You can use the contact form (top menu), many thanks in advance.

Hi Fabrizio,

I sent you the login details for gaining access to my back end several days ago and have not received any indication of progress.

Have you conducted your investigation?

Do you still require the login or may I remove it?

Thanks.

As I wrote in the e-mail, I need to write a procedure that allows me to debug the issue, since it doesn't happen here. May need some more days to finish it off. Thanks for your patience
