Hi,
I've just installed simplecalendar.

In Admin view: When I go to the Settings => Frontend columns, the page is entirely blank apart from the 'Add Column' button. The button appears to be inactive; nothing happens when you click it.
There are no javascript errors.

On the public website event list page. The month headings appear (e.g. July 2013, August 2013) but none of the events are listed.

Hope you can suggest a fix / tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Hi 'bronwen',

This should not happen. First off, what Joomla version are you using? PHP? Any Javascript errors? SC works only on Joomla 3.x and onwards, PHP 5.3+.

If yyou are on the correct Joomla version, may I take a look at your backend admin panel? You can submit temporary username via our contact form, see menu abovde.

Many thanks
Fabrizio

PHP Version 5.3.25
Joomla 3.1.1
No javascript errors; I've run thro' the page using firebug in firefox

I've turned on the php errors and I am now getting error message:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/coven14/public_html/ramc/jupgrade/administrator/components/com_simplecalendar/models/fields/columns.php on line 84

I will send you a temporary username / password via the contact form

You somehow managed to delete all columns, will have to check what went wrong...

I'm writing a correction to the function that enables at least one column should the value be empty. Will be released with 3.0.7 as soon as possible.

Interesting. If you make a simple change to the Simple Calendar settings (e.g. change date format) and Save & Close, then all the Front-End Columns will disappear.

I've un-installed and re-installed simplecalendar a few times now, and this happens consistently.

Hi 'bronwen',
this doesn't seem to be the problem, at least not for everyone. I tested it locally and on the demo page, can save without problems and the columns are still there.

Does the page throw a Javascript error somewhere?

In the meantime I will do more tests
