mcanonic created the topic: SimpleCalendar security problem?
Hi,
in the last few days I've noticed that the links of my event point to japanese page, like this one:
www.rivaronesi.it/index.php?option=com_s...-riunione-soci&catid [0]=9:proiezione-film&Itemid=101

I have the last SimpleCalendar version installed (3.1.4) and I keep always update the website (joomla 3.6.5 is used).

Anyone with the same problem?

Thanks,
Massimo

It looks like your site was hacked in some form. It's impossible to know if this is related to SimpleCalendar, or if it originated somewhere else and just shows on the page because some SC files were infected.
You could reinstall SC to be sure that all files are up to date, or use FTP to check if files were modified without your consent. Intrusion detection is not my primary area of knowledge, but you can check the logs from your provider, which might help you further.
Best regards
Fabrizio
